Product Guarantee and Refunds
LumUltra Nutraceuticals holds a 90-Day Guarantee on. We do not refund opened bottles (except for the first bottle), however, may consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Unopened bottles are constituted by the bottle being in its original form with the neck seal still in place. Damages to the bottle packaging may void your refund.
To return any unopened bottles, please return them via a shipping method with a tracking number attached within 90 days from date of purchase. LumUltra Nutraceuticals hold no responsibility and is not liable for any lost packages. Refunds may take up to 14 days for processing. The amount refunded will reflect any discount codes applied and will not include the cost for initial shipping.

If your order was returned to the sender (our warehouse) due to incorrect shipping information you've provided us, we are not responsible for your shipping fees.
